J-BAY MINI SKIPS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Skip Hire Period

    The standard skip hire period is up to 3 (three) calendar days from the date of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. Extended Hire Charges

    Should the skip remain on site beyond the initial 3-day hire period, additional hire charges may be applied for each additional 3-day period or part thereof.

  3. Payment Terms

    Payment is due as indicated on the invoice issued to the customer. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in additional collection costs and/or suspension of services.

  4. Ownership of Skip

    All skips remain the property of J-Bay Mini Skips at all times. Customers may not relocate, alter, or dispose of the skip without prior written consent.

  5. Collection of Skip

    Customers must notify J-Bay Mini Skips when the skip is ready for collection. Collection dates are subject to availability and scheduling.

  6. Prohibited Waste

    Hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, paint, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, flammable materials, and any unlawful substances, may not be disposed of in the skip.

  7. Overloaded Skips

    The contents of the skip may not exceed the height of the skip sides. Overloaded skips may not be collected until excess material has been removed.

  8. Access

    The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access for delivery and collection of the skip.

  9. Damage

    Any damage caused to the skip due to misuse, fire, prohibited materials, or deliberate acts may be charged to the customer.

  10. Acceptance of Terms

    By ordering a skip from J-Bay Mini Skips, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
